We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, mobile number, address and, if you give it, your email. We use your number to confirm your order and send tracking on WhatsApp, and for nothing else unless you ask for offers.

Who sees your details

Our team and the courier who delivers your parcel. We never sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your parcel and payments

Parcels show the sender as RR Trading and the contents as Garments. Card and bank payments appear under a neutral business name.

Removing your data

Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] and we will delete your account and order history, except what the law requires us to keep.
